WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES?

In Short: We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third-party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our websites.

The Sites may contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, online services or mobile applications. We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties. Any data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy. WHAT IS OUR STANCE ON ENSURING ADVERTISING STANDARDS?

In Short: Our site provides advertising by allowing merchants to showcase their products within our comparison engine and also allowing 3rd party advertisers to place advertisements on the site. We do our utmost to ensure the high standards set by the Advertising Standards Authority are met.

Our Sites are made-up of product listings which are provided to us by our partners (“merchants”).The merchant is clearly labelled within the main product listing so that users are aware of the site they will visit upon clicking on the respective link. We do our utmost to ensure that these listings are accurate and up to date but it is the responsibility of our partners to provide accurate information.

Our partners also provide us with voucher codes, discount codes and promotional codes from time to time which helps our users to ensure aisle 3 enables them to achieve the best possible prices on the internet when shopping.

We use both technology and human interaction to verify that any information on our site is accurate and meets the high standards set by the Advertising Standards Authority.

Aisl3 Limited cannot be held responsible for inaccurate information provided to us by a merchant. However we will proactively remove any such content and liaise with our partners to ensure that this is remedied.

If you find a product listing or voucher code which is no longer accurate or valid then please contact webmaster@aisle-3.co and we will immediately remove this and address with our partners.

We work with select 3rd parties to provide advertisements to the SITE. These advertisements are clearly labelled as such and we have stringent criteria which we dictate to ensure that advertisements are relevant and suitable for our audience and do not contain any content which is adult or offensive.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law.
