We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be transferred unencrypted. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

SECTION 4 - MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. In accordance with US transparency laws (e.g., California SB 478), the price displayed at checkout is the "all-in" price, excluding only government taxes and shipping. We do not charge hidden "junk fees" or undisclosed administrative fees.

SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS OR SERVICES AND RETURN ELIGIBILITY

5.1 Product Availability: Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region.

5.2 30-Day Return Window: You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5.3 Non-Returnable Items: In accordance with state law disclosures, the following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned: (a) Custom or personalized products; (b) Personal care goods; (c) Sale items; and (d) Gift cards.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND REFUND PROCESS

6.1 Order Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse any order. In compliance with FTC "Click-to-Cancel" 2026 standards, we honor cancellation requests for one-time purchases provided the order has not yet entered the "Processing" or "Shipped" stage.

6.2 Refund Procedure: To initiate a return, contact hello@aisle-3.co. Approved returns will receive a shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without a request will not be accepted. Once inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

6.3 Self-Return Portal: For an expedited process, you may use our Self-Return & Refund Portal located on our site.

6.4 Damages: Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately for a resolution.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools over which we neither monitor nor have any control nor input. Any use by you of optional tools offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
